Dr Subhash C Kashyap, President
Dr Subhash C Kashyap is a former secretary-general of 7th Lok Sabha, 8th Lok
Sabha and 9th Lok Sabha and Lok Sabha Secretariat (Lower House of Parliament of India) from 1984 to 1990.
He is also a well-known political scientist, an expert in the Indian Constitution, Constitutional Law, Parliamentary Experts and a distinguished scholar. He also headed an International Centre for Parliamentary Documentation, IPU at Geneva till 1983. Kashyap was honorary constitutional advisor to the Government of India on Panchayati Raj Laws and Institutions. He is also recipient of several prestigious awards for the Best Books in Constitution, Law and Political Science. At present Dr. Kashyap is an honorary research professor at the Centre for Policy Research (CPR), New Delhi. He was also a member of the National Commission to Review the Working of Constitution and chairman of its drafting and editorial committee.

Awards
He was Awarded Honorary title of Commander and degree of H.O.A.S.F. (Honorary Order of the Academy of San Francisco) for services in the field of Constitutional Law. He received Motilal Nehru award two times, and the Coveted Jawaharlal Nehru Fellowship of 1996-98; also received ‘Vidur Samman’, ‘Rajiv Smriti Samman’, ‘Vidhi Seva Samman’ and ‘Great Son of the Soil A Award’ and many more awards.
Bidhu Bhushan Dutta, Senior Prof.
BidhuBhushan Dutta, or Dr. B.B..Dutta as he is fondly called is a student of political economy and political management and perhaps one of the most well recognized and respected experts on the unique and strategic issues that confront North East India. He has distinguished himself as an academician, scholar, teacher, politician and a veteran social activist. As the Founder General Secretary of the North East Pradesh Congress Co-ordination Committee, he left an indelible mark in the political ethos of North East Region, by strengthening nationalist political forces in region and being on one the first to propose the opening of the region to India’s South Asian Region thereby laying the seeds of India’s Look East Policy and its significance to North East and Eastern India. In 1993, he was nominated by the Hon’ble President of India to the parliament during which he became a very respected and powerful voice for the strategic issues that confront the North Eastern Region. In 2001, he resigned from the Congress Party and devoted himself to building institutions of excellence in the North East.
Dr V.A. Pai Panandiker, Senior Adviser
Dr. Pai Panandiker was the Founder & President of the Centre for Policy Research, New Delhi. He is a member of the Group of Eminent Persons: South Asian Association for Regional Co-operation (SAARC), appointed by the Prime Minister of India.
The Former Chairman of the Population Policy Committee of the Planning Commission of India, Dr. Pai Panandiker is also a Life Trustee of The International Centre, Goa.

Dr AK Merchant
Dr. A. K. Merchant is the National Trustee cum Secretary, Lotus Temple & Bahá’í Community of India; General Secretary, The Temple ofUnderstanding—India [NGO with consultative status at the United Nations]. National Trustee, Sarvodaya International Trust; Associate Secretary General, Global Warming Reduction Centre; Visiting Faculty, Centre for Cultural Resources & Training, Ministry of Culture, Government of India. A subject expert for research scholars enrolled for “interfaith education and Indian culture” of the Jawaharlal Nehru Memorial Fund; Honorary Director, Messrs. MK Aromatics Limited, Chennai.
Dr. Merchant is the author of three monographs: (i) Communal Harmony—India’s Greatest Challenge (1991), which has been quoted in one of the Supreme Court Judgments on “Babri Masjid—Ram Janambhoomi” dispute, and (ii) Hindu Dharma evam Bahá’í Dharma (1999), (iii) Five Basic Human Values & the Bahá’í Faith (2009), and over two hundred articles and research papers that have been published in national and international dailies, journals and books. He is an active promoter of gender justice and has spoken on numerous occasions for the implementation of Beijing Platform for Action; the environment and ecology; world peace, inter alia; Resource Person for the promotion on discourses of science, religion and development.
Major General Vinod Saighal, Senior Political Advisor
Major General Vinod Saighal is the executive director of the Eco Monitors Society, a non-governmental organisation concerned with demography and ecology. He is a retired director general of military training for the Indian Army.
Dr Shreeya Kashyap
Dr Shreeya Kashyap is a senior research fellow at the Rashtriya Jagrati Sansthan (RJS) New Delhi. Her work in RJS focusses on democratic reforms in India. Prior to this, she worked at the National Institute for Public Finance and Policy under the Department of Economic Affairs, Government of India. She successfully completed her PhD in International Politics from City, University of London in 2021, and was also a Visiting Lecturer for the University of London during that duration. Her research interests broadly revolve around electoral reforms, financial regulation, climate change, tax havens, money laundering mechanisms, tax evasion, gender and democratic reforms.
S.P. SHUKLA
S.P.Shukla is an alumnus of Lucknow University; Mr. Shukla has a Master’s degree in Medieval & Modern Indian History with Licentiate in Teaching. He has been serving and running multiple programmes to support street children for over 21 years. He started his journey as a teacher in Delhi. He has also served as a Childline Coordinator. He is passionate about advocating the rights of the underprivileged children at various national & state forums. He has also acted in ‘Childline 1098’ film. Furthermore, he believes that every child has a unique spark.
Mr. Khyali Ram
Mr. Khyali Ram is the Head of Administration and Daily Operations at the Rashtriya Jagriti Sansthan (RJS) New Delhi. He oversees the general administration of the office. Furthermore, he plays a key role in organising conferences and events from time to time. He completed his higher studies in Arts from Kumaun University, Nainital in 1994.
Dr. N. Bhaskara Rao
Dr. N. Bhaskara Rao is a pioneer of social research in India. He is Founder-Chairman of the Centre for Media Studies (CMS) and of Marketing and Development Research Associates (MDRA). Earlier, he built up the equally prestigious Operations Research Group (ORG) as its CEO. He was a member, with Dr M.S. Swaminathan, of the high-level government committee that drafted the National Population Policy, and an expert-member of the committee that reorganized the media units of the Information and Broadcasting Ministry.
Mr. Naresh Kumar Kohli
Mr. Naresh Kumar Kohli is the Project director of the ‘Democracy & Good Governance’ initiative at RJS. An expert in primary & secondary Indian education systems in India, he is a reputed social worker working in the public policy sphere since the last thirty years. He finished his masters in Dairy Technology from Allahabad University, UP in 1978 and was the college student union president during his graduation. He is the founder of the schools Shishu Mandir and Vidya Mandir in Raibareli, UP. He has been associated with many key projects of RJS since the last 12 years.
